Who could forget Ruger? This boy packed a HUGE personality in a small package and gained the hearts of several on his journey to adoption. Ruger was adopted by a sweet retired couple that drove all the way from Idaho to meet him and adopted him right there on the spot – and who could blame them – just look at that smile!
