Shepherds Without Borders has welcomed another GSD from a high kill shelter!! Delia is a sweet, approximately 1-2 year old female GSD. She is microchipped, spayed, heart worm negative and UTD on shots. She arrived this early morning and is doing well in her foster home giving lots of kisses and cuddles. She is ready for adoption <3
She has demonstrated the ability to get along well with other dogs and has a foster GSD sister that she is getting along with, as well as her human foster brothers. We do not know how Delia will do with kitties, but has exhibited a low drive.
Delia was picked up as a stray on 04/03/2017; she was underweight and scared and found herself in a high capacity shelter with over 500 other animals. She is petite girl at 63 pounds and a bit underweight, but with love and some good nutrition she will continue her journey back to health.
Delia could use some extra help with some continued training, but she wants so badly to please everyone. She would benefit from an obedience class with her new owner and has already begun to learn basic commands in her foster home. Are you the family that Delia is looking for??
