Milo is a GSD mix who came to Shepherds Without Borders rescue due to a family’s hardship circumstance. Milo spent a few days in the shelter before a family member stepped in and asked for help.
Milo is a male GSD mix who is approximately 3 years old. He is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and was neutered not too long ago. He is heartworm negative and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Milo loves people and has previously lived with children, though we recommend children 10 years and older. He is crate trained and housebroken. Milo will do just about anything for food, so treats go a LOOONNG way with this dude!
Milo did not previously live with a dog, but introductions have gone well with female dogs who have mild to moderate energy – which matches this boy’s swag. He walks on a leash, but will need further training to be his best self, as all GSDs do.
No small dogs or cats for this guy, as he is as self-appointed squirrel hunter and is REALLY dedicated to his job. He will work tirelessly for you chasing rodents away for a safe place to sleep, some yummy treats and good ole fashion love.
