Britta made the trip to the PNW just a few weeks ago and was welcomed into her foster home. This sweet girl didn’t take long to have her personality blossom and her goofy ways wiggled right into their hearts… and into their family <3
Miss Britta comes to rescue from our friends at Stockton Animal Shelter She is an approximately 1 year old GSDx that was confiscated from her previous home (with multiple other dogs – including Jax). She is crate-trained, housebroken, microchipped and HW negative.
Britta has been spayed and is healing well. She is a sweet shy girl who may benefit from having a dog friend to show her confidence. She loves people, but seems to not been exposed to many things. Cars, leashes, and new things, like a vet, seems to terrify her (no aggression at all, just flattens to the ground). With time and some training, we know Britta will come out of her shell – Don’t worry sweet girl… you’re safe now
Huge shout out to Dr. Haas and the staff at Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital for fitting this girl into the schedule for a check up (and carrying her around the hospital)
