??? ADOPTED ???
Happy Furever to Baird and his family!
**UPDATE **+ Baird has gained 10 pounds in the last few weeks and is growing like a WEED! He is a social, confident, loving boy that loves other dogs of all sizes and seems to just ignore cats! He is not partial to any humans, loving men, women and children all the same – but he does love to play with dogs <3 In Baird’s foster home he has several foster siblings and will play for hours with them! When away from them, he focuses on the humans of his “pack”; he is such a smart lil pup. He is still looking for that special family that will love him and have time to continue him in canine sports like agility, barn hunting or the like – Are YOU wanting to invite Baird into your home? He is ready for his forever family <3
**UPDATE ** We have been learning a lot about Baird in the last week! Not only is he a stunning ball of puppy cuteness, he loves to be on the go and be given a job to do! Baird is looking for an adopter who has time to keep him involved in learning with a hardy dose of physical activities and keep his mind and body full of new input and adventures! He loves kids and gets along with well other dogs – Baird would benefit from having a doggy sibling to be his mentor and friend – he LOVES to play! Baird has not shown much interest in a cat. He loves to play tug or just hang out with his furry friends or family.
**UPDATE** Baird arrived on Rescue Express early this morning and is safe and having fun in his foster home <3 Still available for adoption <3
Introducing a new lil sweetheart to SWB rescue …. Meet Mr. Baird!
Baird was found on the streets as a stray and taken to Stanislaus Animal Shelter in Modesto, California. Baird is a male all black GSD (with a few white hairs on his chest) who is about 3-4 months old. Baird is microchipped, up to date on shots and was altered by the shelter before rescue intake. He is a sweet rambunctious puppy who is coming to the PNW. He exhibits the ability to get along well with other dogs. We do not know if he has ever met a cat, but likely he will do well due to his age. Baird will be spending some time in foster care – stay tuned as we find out more about him!
